In my professional journey, I have served as a Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist, contributing to the formulation and execution of personalized behavior support plans. My experience includes comprehensive care coordination for patients with complex medical needs, analyzing data to inform targeted treatment plans. I've actively engaged in volunteer work, serving as a board member for the West Page Central Community Action Thrift Store and Vice President for Purdue University’s National Society of Leadership and Success. As a Youth Volleyball Coach in Clarinda, IA, and a Virtual Judge for eCYBERMISSION, I bring a diverse skill set and a commitment to making a positive impact. In my previous role as a Medication Manager/Shift Supervisor at Terrace View Residential, I successfully led complex healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with quality metrics, regulatory requirements, and patient safety protocols.
