As a Homecare Coordinator at Allpro Staffnet, I support the hiring and retention of qualified and compassionate caregivers for clients in need of home health services. I manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and background checks, to extending offers and onboarding new hires. I also collaborate with the HR team and the regional managers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and to provide training and coaching to staff on HR policies and best practices. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and growth. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution. I have developed strong skills in human resources, recruiting, management, customer service, communication, and employee relations. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges, and I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
