Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2015; 12 years of project management experience. Proven success in spearheading onboarding, software, IT, and physical infrastructure projects toward completion within agreed upon timelines and budgetary constraints for optimal business outcomes. Credible history of identifying areas of improvement, assessing and mitigating risks, and executing process modification initiatives to drive efficiencies across operational capabilities. Instrumental in landmark projects, from pioneering the live stream of Superbowl XLVI to the development and implementation of revolutionary automation systems for intermodal and automotive facilities. Growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada allowed me to experience a great variety of industry conventions and special events. Driving by the Las Vegas Convention Center was always exciting to me - seeing all of the people who had traveled in to attend a gathering, I could feel the energy and how critical those events were for everyone there. I was privileged to be able to attend the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, where I learned skills like time and cost management, risk mitigation, and customer success. Translating my hospitality management experience into project management felt natural. Every project is a special event, and by considering each stakeholder as an attendee who has traveled and worked hard to be there, it becomes evident how critical each project interaction can be. Working with project teams, whether they be for software implementations or server and network hardware installations, is an energizing part of my life and I truly enjoy solving the puzzle of each project to ensure internal and external stakeholders fully understand the requirements and results; I want each project to be successful and for those involved to have enjoyed it as well. On a personal note, I am an avid concert-goer, have traveled on solo back-packing trips to 16 countries, I play guitar and piano, and am very passionate about dogs and animal rescue.
