In my current role as Didactic Curriculum Manager in the education sector, I work closely with faculty and staff to manage and improve curricula that directly impact student outcomes and align with institutional objectives. I am responsible for ensuring a seamless transition into the Physician Assistant (PA) school program for the didactic year, which includes tasks such as onboarding, course setup, and managing ADA accommodations. Additionally, I oversee the creation of streamlined processes and proactively identify and address gaps within the program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. My expertise also extends to recruitment strategies, where I specialize in developing and executing comprehensive plans to qualify candidates and manage the new hire orientation process. By combining my HR experience with my program management background, I am able to align talent acquisition strategies with broader organizational goals, ensuring long-term success. Having worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare and transportation, I bring an adaptable and results-driven approach to all my roles.
