As a Talent Acquisition Manager with PAL Group of Companies, Morgan is committed to providing excellent support and leadership to the in-house Talent Acquisition team. Her extensive client service experience and positive personality make her an essential part of the team. Morgan and her team have the opportunity to work with all divisions of the PAL Group of Companies to help bring in top talent for the growing organization of over 1,500 employees worldwide. Morgan graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree with a focus in Human Resources. Through her career she gained valuable global Recruitment and HR experience working with Vision33, Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette, The City of St. John’s and Newfoundland and Labrador Housing. Morgan has been a part of many team environments and volunteer experiences, such as cheerleading for five years, volunteering at MUN and the Ronald McDonald House, being part of the Janeway Children's Foundation Telethon and is always willing to take on a challenge. Her extensive client service experience, motivation, her enjoyment with working with people and positive personality makes her drive for success. In her spare time Morgan loves to travel and cook as well as spend time with family and friends. She is also passionate about fitness and running and has completed 9 Tely Ten road races.
