About Morgan Kash

I have spent my adult life trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I even have felt envy of those who have known and accomplished their career goals as a young adult. Eventually, I came to accept that my path was different and learn to be okay with it. Over the last year I really started questioning what my passions are and in what point in my career path did I have the most fulfillment. I began to dream bigger and push my expectations of myself and the type of employer I wanted to work for to a higher standard. I have spent over 12 years in customer service, I spent 5 of those years as a First Assistant Manager or Assistant Store Manager of Maurice’s. During my time at Maurice’s I was able to work my way up from part time assistant, work in 3 different locations, and spent my last two years in one of the top stores in the company. I learned the value of customer relations, how to truly understand what makes a company profitable, how to be an effective leader to many personalities, and so much more. After 5 years I step away from my home at Maurice’s to go to a luxury retailer, I was able to implement the skills I had previously learned and use them on a much larger scale. I also learned how to use the DOS software system. After a short time I realized that I was still in search of something but I hadn’t quite figured out what that was yet. So I changed my path completely and started working as Registration Clerk for a large non profit organization. I realized that the consistency and work life balance it aloud me to have was a part of what I felt like I was missing, but I needed something that challenged me, and aloud me to continue to grow. I knew my passion for numbers and customer relationships wasn’t going anywhere. I began to think about what I wanted out of life and decided to bet on myself. I recently began my journey with FORVIS as a Long Term Care Outsourcing Associate, with this new career change I hope to bring my passion for numbers, drive for success, and my ability to develop positive relationships with clients to be an effective piece of the puzzle, push my team to even more success in the future, and hopefully figure out what I want to be when I grow up.
