I have a strong background in health science, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of the medical device industry. I collaborated with key stakeholders and vendors to standardize hiring processes and onboarding initiatives for new hires. I also developed social media campaigns to promote resident events and increase leasing interest as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at The Maxxen.
