About Morgan Leek

As the Director of Member Engagement for the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, I’m dedicated to strengthening the business community by building meaningful relationships, elevating member voices, and creating opportunities that help organizations thrive. I believe engagement isn’t just about attendance or outreach, it’s about connection, trust and making sure every member feels seen, supported and valued. My work centers on understanding the needs of local businesses and translating those insights into programs, partnerships, and experiences that drive real impact. Whether I’m collaborating with community leaders, developing member-focused initiatives or helping new businesses plug into the region’s economic ecosystem, my goal is always the same: to make Terre Haute a place where businesses feel empowered to grow.I’m energized by people, motivated by progress and passionate about building a vibrant, inclusive business community. If you’re looking to get more involved with the Chamber, explore partnership opportunities, or simply connect about the work happening in our region, I’m always happy to start the conversation.
