With over six years of corporate experience at ERIK'S Bike Board Ski, I am a passionate and creative leader who drives strategic growth and innovation in the retail industry. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of St. Thomas, and I leverage my skills in communication, mentoring, and relationship building to create a positive and collaborative work environment for my team and partners. As the Vice President of Communications and Business Development, I am responsible for overseeing the marketing, visual merchandising, and content creation for the company's online and offline channels, as well as developing and executing new business opportunities and partnerships. I have successfully increased customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through effective and consistent branding, messaging, and storytelling. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with others, and I actively mentor and coach emerging leaders and talent in the organization.
