In my previous role as a Customer Support Specialist at Intrepid Powerboats, I provided excellent service and support to customers who own or purchase custom-built boats from the company. I handle inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I leverage my communication, organization, and administration skills, which I developed and learned through my previous roles as a Teller/CSR at Bank OZK and a Supervisor of Beach Services at TradeWinds Island Resorts. I also apply my knowledge and passion for the leisure, travel, and tourism industry, which I gained from my Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from St. Petersburg College. My goal is to deliver exceptional customer care and build lasting relationships with the customers and the team.
