About Morgan Ranker

As a Sales Consultant on the LOTH-Columbus New Business Development team, I work alongside my clients to develop a workplace that brings all components of a commercial office project together through furniture. From design concept to installation, I guide the LOTH team through the intimate details required to complete a successful project that not only meets the client's design goals, but is also delivered on time and within their desired budget. With a background and broad understanding of both the commercial real estate and architectural design processes, I advocate for the client while they navigate the complexity of the steps needed to open business doors after a commercial office relocation or renovation. I work closely with the CRE broker, project architect, and general contractor to align the space planning, lease execution, interior building design, and construction timeline with the furniture order and installation to unify the entire experience.
