About Morgan Reader

I am an energetic and motivated professional with a passion for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact in the fitness, health, and wellness world. My diverse experiences have allowed me to work across multiple areas of the industry, from education to coaching to group fitness. Currently, I teach at Durham, Centennial, and Seneca College, covering a wide range of programs. My leadership skills and adaptability enable me to take on diverse courses and engage students effectively. Beyond the classroom, I serve as the Assistant Coach for the Ontario Tech Women’s Lacrosse team and work as a group fitness instructor—outlets that allow me to channel my energy while inspiring others to reach their full potential. My background includes working with a variety of populations, including long-term care (LTC) residents and individuals with disabilities. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in inclusive and adaptive training, which I aim to expand as I continue growing in the health and fitness industry.
