About Morgan Sider

A seasoned marketing and customer relations professional with over 15 years of experience. I enjoy using out-of-the-box thinking to create and launch marketing & advertising campaigns. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of marketing positions. This has led me to realize early on that my niche is understanding the vision, purpose and business goals to build out a marketing strategy and plan. I thrive in building and participating in collaborative team environments that bring creative thinkers together and integrated marketing plans to life! I have end-to-end experience in creating and launching successful customer acquisition and retention campaigns (tactical & brand). During my 15+ years in loyalty marketing and project management, I have successfully launched a new CRM platform, transitioned and launched a new loyalty program, and worked alongside stakeholders to develop and implement new initiatives. As an advertising coordinator with Great Canadian Gaming, I created and launched their first brand commercial for the West GTA properties. I also created and launched radio ads for 4 separate properties on a monthly basis. As a leader, I understand the importance of leadership, mentorship, and continuous learning. Actively listening and engaging in feedback helps to increase overall satisfaction. After all, employees are the first customer! One of my proudest accomplishments was being selected as a Subject Matter Expert in marketing for the transition project. I successfully transitioned multiple gaming operations teams from public sector (OLG), to private sector (Great Canadian Gaming, Hard Rock Casino, and Gateway Casinos).
