About Morgan Spano

I am a dedicated and goal-driven educator with a commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every child. Some of my strengths include creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages all students, as well as modeling the importance of mutual respect and collaboration. I am an enthusiastic and committed educator with an ability to guide students to achieve their goals in their academics. At the start of my junior year in college, I became a LindenTeach Intern which allowed me to substitute at a local elementary school twice a week while finishing my course work. I was then accepted into student teaching where I taught in a 5th grade classroom. I was fortunate enough to be able to finish my course work early so that I could long-term substitute in a 3rd grade classroom. I am not currently in a 2nd grade classroom long-term substituting. Through this experience I have gain experience with classroom management, collaborating with colleagues, and communication with students and parents.
