I am a dedicated, self starter with experience in management, training program creation and implementation, and I do not back away from hard work. I have over 11 years of oilfield experience in the field, and several years since working in the corporate world. Perseverance & honesty are two pillars that I strive to stand by. I am adaptable, have proven ability and reliable experience with numerous recommendations from past coworkers. I am always looking to grow and learn professionally to better myself. I’ve spent the last few years working as Training Manager in a smaller start-up energy focused company. This has given me great experience at building a role from the ground up, applying good practices into the training programs that I created, and utilizing my field experience to foster relationships with the tradesmen that I onboarded. My drive for success, combined with my passion for people and a well-managed team, has contributed to several of my accomplishments within the company. For example: · Conceptualized and created an entirely new training and onboarding program within the company · Pitched and sold our product to a new client, bringing in multiple training sessions and over $3+ million profit.
