I built my first online course at 22 and became CEO at 27. In my first year leading the company, I ran our first six-figure launch and helped the business cross seven figures in revenue. It started when I was 21 on summer break from college, studying Systems Engineering. I wasn’t just observing how online businesses worked. I was inside one, helping build it from scratch. Over the next decade, I co-led the @instagramexpert brand, a digital education company that empowered women-led small businesses around the world to grow their visibility and profits using Instagram. As CEO, I led program development and business operations. We created a suite of courses, coaching programs, and live workshops that served over students in 59 countries. I managed affiliate partnerships that generated over $472K, and guided the brand to its first $1M revenue year…not by hustling harder, but by building better systems. Because that’s what I do. I’m a systems thinker who sees structure as a form of support. Whether it’s mapping a sales pipeline or helping someone design their ideal week, I’m focused on clarity, capacity, and creating calm momentum. Today, I wear two hats: – As COO of Social Med Consultants, I lead operations and growth strategy at a marketing agency. I design internal systems, manage the team and client services, and guide performance strategies that drive both results and long-term sustainability for the agency and our clients. – As the creator of Next Right Step and the Personal Potential System, I help ambitious, high-achieving women set boundaries, stop the distractions, and release the pressure of trying to do it all. We build time and task systems that actually work in their lives, so they can enjoy the freedom that comes with running a business on their own terms. My superpower? Morganizing. It’s the art of turning scattered priorities, mental overload, and that constant feeling of “too much” into structured systems, confident decisions, and clear next steps.
