She is highly experienced in engagement and consultation, stakeholder relations, strategic planning, and project management. She has worked collaboratively with Human Environment and Ecological technical discipline leads for years to ensure effective project delivery. Morgan’s strengths are enhanced by her ability to problem solve through innovative approaches and creative solutions. As a leader, Morgan is committed to inclusion, fostering and nurturing authentic relationships, and is attentive to team dynamics.
