As a Development Project Engineer at HUTTON, I coordinate comprehensive due diligence of 40+ nation-wide projects simultaneously. I additionally prepare and analyze development budgets; oversee thorough permitting and utility preparation while in close communication with consultants and municipalities; organize project team communication; and maintain project reports and schedules. I leverage my skills in pre-construction, due diligence, and construction management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects within budget and timeline. I am also an experienced licensed electrician, team lead, and project manager, with over three years of experience in managing and completing residential electrical tasks. I have a diploma in Industrial Electricity from Chattanooga State Community College, where I also served as an Associate Instructor of Industrial Electricity for nine months alongside my full-time electrician work - demonstrating mastery of National Electric Code and training students in electrical theory and application. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Motlow State Community College, which reflects my passion for learning and innovation. I am a diligent, analytical, and efficient problem solver; a team-centered leader; and a strong interpersonal communicator - who strives to deliver excellence and value to my clients and organization.
