About Morgan Wendel

I’m a May 2022 graduate at Iowa State. I studied Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. I have experience working in child care and in retail. From these experiences I have gained valuable skills; customer service, communication, and attention to detail. I worked in retail for 5+ years as my first part time job. I learned a lot about the importance of communication. Customer satisfaction isn’t always easy or comfortable but through communication I was able to work through every difficult situation. As a child care teacher I learned the importance of detail. I have worked in a toddler and preschool classroom and I found it very important to share details about each child’s day with the parents to show that I cared. This created a trusting relationships with each parent.
