About Morgan Wiesner

Dedicated supply chain and order management professional with over 10 years' experience driving best in class practices and process improvement. I joined Milwaukee Tool in 2015 as a Demand Planner within the Supply Chain team. In 2017, I spearheaded the creation of the Customer Supply Chain and Order Management teams, focusing on continuous improvement within the ERP environment and enhancing visibility and clarity for customers. Under my leadership, these teams have grown significantly to support the increasing volume and complexity of Milwaukee Tool’s expanding customer base. In 2021, my role evolved to encompass all Supply Chain Operations, including Order Management, Master Data, and EDI. I continue to lead initiatives that drive automation and process improvements, with a strong emphasis on delivering best-in-class customer service and satisfaction. I also played a pivotal role in Milwaukee Tool’s Oracle ERP transformation as the Business Enablement Leader (BEL) for the Order to Cash module. I led the cross-functional team through implementation, identifying business gaps, guiding strategic decisions, and managing change readiness efforts. I recently spoke at the Oracle AI Conference on Order Management best practices for innovation and profit, highlighting our successful implementation. Prior to joining Milwaukee Tool, I held a role as a Merchandise Planner in the retail sector, bringing valuable experience in planning and analytics to my current strategic leadership position.
