Over the last 20 years in senior - and executive-level business operations, marketing and communications roles I’ve directed, consulted and delivered value for leading organisations like Redland City Council, Nambawan Super, RetireAustralia, Articulous Communications, Urban Land Development Authority, Department of Justice and Attorney-General, Department of Communities, through all aspects of strategic marketing, communication and stakeholder engagement. Whether creating innovative marketing campaigns, developing high-profile strategic communications, piloting iconic rebranding programmes, or driving customer engagement, I’ve led multimillion-dollar projects that helped rebuild reputations, drive business growth, and modernise out-dated organisations. As a marketing executive and communications leader, I’ve: Mitigated reputational risk in volatile political environments through proactive strategic communication tactics, fostering organisational stability amid competing political agendas. Redesigned team structures and implemented change, complying with complex workplace relations requirements, to improve efficiency and deliver on organisational priorities. Headed iconic 5-phase rebranding strategy for Nambawan Super along with the Fund’s first-ever Customer Experience (CX) strategy and piloted a flagship, nationally accredited Member Financial Literacy Education and Training programme. Advised Ministers, Mayors & Councillors, Directors General, Chief Executive Officers, and General Managers on how to engage their audiences in new ways. Delivered large-scale community engagement programmes for State Government Departments and City Councils. Rolled out national marketing strategies across Retire Australia’s 27+ retirement communities.
