I’m a motivational speaker, empowerment coach, IRONMAN certified coach, and career Marine with over 20 years of experience of teaching personal and leadership development. I specialize in designing and delivering employee engagement sessions, giving internal teamwork and leadership training workshops, presenting motivational seminars for schools and youth organizations, recording voice-overs, and coaching endurance sports. Through my coaching and speaking engagements, I help audiences embrace change by examining their personal barriers to success—the ‘3Ps’: people, procrastination and persistence. From there, I guide them through the processes of leadership and organizational skill development to help them acquire the knowledge and expertise they need to successfully maintain personal & professional relationships and overcome obstacles standing in between them and their goals.
