As a Senior Statistician at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), I provide critical analytical expertise in high-profile systemic investigations under the Equal Pay Act (EPA), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
