I am a creative software developer from Berlin. Before turning my attention to new challenges in the IT industry, I gained six years of experience in brand and content management, as well as marketing in the gaming, toys, and collectibles sectors. During this time, I worked in Stuttgart, Munich, and Berlin, where I continue to live today. In my current role, I benefit from skills that have also served me well in marketing: In teams, I don't just go with the flow; I actively shape our collaboration and contribute to overcoming challenges and solving problems. I enjoy looking beyond the immediate scope, keeping the bigger picture in mind. This helps me navigate complex and dynamic work environments with ease. I particularly developed these skills in leadership positions and apply them successfully in project management and in communicating with stakeholders. I am a passionate learner. I enjoy delving into complex issues and value the ability to fully understand processes and mechanisms. This is driven by intrinsic motivation – learning new things brings me great joy and is something I highly value.
