With over 17 years of experience in strategic business management, as CEO of Hamm Footwear GmbH, I lead a strong team focused on international licensing partnerships in the footwear segment - including brands such as GANT, Tommy Hilfiger, and Marc O'Polo. Our goal: sustained growth through strong partnerships and consistent brand management. I rely on analytical thinking, strategic vision, and a clear hands-on mentality to make targeted use of market opportunities. Our principles are clear: high quality, brand DNA, trend-conscious design, and close, cooperative partnerships - with our brand partners as well as with distribution partners and customers. In doing so, we develop attractive, brand-consistent collections that both strengthen the profile of our brand partners and are commercially successful. Together with my team, we live these values – and in doing so, ensure long-term success and a strong position as a partner to international fashion brands. Mit über 17 Jahren Erfahrung in strategischer Unternehmensführung leite ich als CEO der Hamm Footwear GmbH ein starkes Team mit Fokus auf internationale Lizenzkooperationen im Schuhsegment – unter anderem mit Marken wie GANT, Tommy Hilfiger und Marc O'Polo. Unser Ziel: nachhaltiges Wachstum durch starke Partnerschaften und konsequente Markenführung.
