About Moritz Steiner

I am a strategy and digital transformation consultant working mostly across financial services and healthcare—helping organizations turn corporate strategy into actionable initiatives at the department and business unit level. My focus includes software implementation, requirements engineering, project management, and operational process design. Previously, I spent over three years at yamo AG, where I led market expansion and go-to-market strategies into new countries, sales channels, and industries. I was responsible for end-to-end B2B analytics, partner development, and identifying growth opportunities across Europe. This role gave me deep exposure to business development in fast-paced startup environments and sharpened my ability to structure complex growth efforts from scratch. With a Master’s in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, I combine strategic thinking, data fluency (Excel proficiency, Python and R basics), and entrepreneurial drive. I am particularly drawn to roles at the intersection of business and tech, where I can help scale GTM functions, shape strategy, and unlock new markets. I am motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful—taking ownership, moving fast, and creating structure where none exists.
