As the Country Solution Responsible at IKEA, I lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of fulfilment IT tools and last mile operations. Acting as the primary point of contact between global and country teams, I ensure seamless alignment on global initiatives and successful local execution. I manage end-to-end solution deployment, from system integration with carriers to second-level IT support and incident management. I’m accountable for operational excellence, crisis management, and driving performance through data-driven insights and KPI monitoring. I also lead change management and communication strategies for new releases, ensuring smooth adoption across units. My role includes developing and maintaining training materials, task descriptions, and working methods to support co-worker competence and consistency. I also manage country-level projects, assess feasibility of new solutions, and contribute subject matter expertise to digital innovation. With a strong background in supply chain, service fulfilment, and customer service, I bring a strategic and collaborative mindset, always focused on delivering value, efficiency, and a great customer experience.
