Over 20 years’ experience in project management, research analysis, product marketing, business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, change management and training for different software applications for Federal agencies. I have a verifiable track record in the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects in different Federal Agencies. My emphasis on timely delivery and client management has contributed to my recognition as a leader in my company and industry. • Oversee a team of 30 resources and contractors in the delivery of vast technolgies across the federal agency while also re-engineering their current processes. • Successful deployment of an Identity management solution to our federal clients while also introducing efficient processes to ensure the seamless transition of the tool across the agency. • Directly applied the Accenture Delivery Methods as a senior support engineer to the electronic documents management project within the security branch of NGA using Open Text technology and led the revitalization of the NGA Central Electronic Routing and Tasking Systems (N-CERTS) throughout the agency. • Led the deployment of an Electronic Records Management System to the NGA in an effort to become compliant to the presidential mandate for ensuring all records maintain a retention period acceptable by the OPM by 2016. Additionally was responsible for securing over $100K worth of supplemental business for other projects for Accenture Federal Services during that time. • Represented the Booz Allen Hamilton Mission Engineering team in deploying their mission systems methodology across the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency which was aimed at capturing functional requirements for the development of custom applications and tools. • Led the successful architecture of the LiDAR and CIDAP project to produce an operational process for integration into the NGA and DFAS space. • Engaged in the recruiting and selective process of more than 50 employees for different projects and played and active role in the proposal process for more than eighty million dollars of acquired business. • Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects with Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton through developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with developers, technical analyst, local officials, vendors, and clients while managing
