My background spans 40+ years in cast and blown film extrusion, beaming, weaving, manufacturing, laminating, and nonwovens industry. Experience working with various EU countries including Germany, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, and Spain as well as some experience with Japan. Training in TQM, Zero Defects as well as plant and corporate management. I am now working in business development for O'Neal, Inc, one of the premier EPC firms in the construction business. O'Neal is a full service firm with a wide range of experience from process chemicals to life sciences. I was directly responsible for $10MM microporous film business as well as $10MM synthetic roofing business for North America. Within one year signed distribution contract with largest clay tile producer in North America to distribute RoofTopGuard II synthetic underlayment. I worked with the Agricultural group of RKW SE to introduce LP Polydress(R) Keder green house film to the Americas. Polydress(R), now called Solowrap(R), is the premium, high performance, cost effective way to cover green houses, geo-domes, etc. The work resulted in three strategic alliances with distributors in the USA and Canada with product in stock. Specialties: P&L responsibility, negotiations, purchasing and distribution contracts, R&D and process/product development. Over 30 years of practical experience in cast and blown film manufacturing. Several years experience in woven and nonwoven PP fabrics and films for industrial applications from manufacturing to sales.
