I am Managing Director/Financial Planner with Certified Financial Services. An Office of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. As a part of CFS, I am committed to building a team of diverse professionals and providing them with continuous and current training opportunities and resources that help them build their business and maximize opportunities. In addition I also have a Financial Planning Practice where I focus my efforts on helping my clients get financially organized as well as educating them on additional strategies to help them towards building their income in retirement while protecting their family against unforeseen circumstances. I began my career with Prudential Financial in 2003 where I started as an advisor and was quickly promoted to the position of Branch Manager for the Middlebury Office. During my time at Prudential, I qualified for MDRT and President’s Conference in my first year, and finished #2 in the country for Rookie of the Year. As a Manager with Prudential I was consistently ranked as one of the top 15 managers nationwide winning multiple citations. In 2009 I decided to join the Barnum Financial Group. In my first year at Barnum, I led my team to a number 3 ranking countrywide out of 152 teams in all of MetLife. In addition, I qualified for 4 consecutive Leaders Conferences in my first 4 years with MetLife. In 2014 I was recruited to join CFS and now lead a team of 17 financial professionals. In 2011 and 2012 I was also recognized by GAMA International as the Frontline Leader Award Platinum Level. In 2011 and 2012, I was also named by Connecticut Magazine as the Five Star Wealth Manager of the Year as published in their May, 2011 edition and December, 2012 edition. In addition, I specialize in recruiting elite Financial Advisor teams and top Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors.
