I have witnessed over 30 years the key factor for FMCG business to grow and succeed year on year is to have discerning passion for customer and consumer insights.Having endured launching soft drinks in rural markets in mid-80’s through early 90’s working retail outlet to outlet I have learnt - A single opportunity lost is lost forever. Having being exposed to Industrial area during the initial years of my career as part of the graduation program in chemical technology I have worked on learning production process management and shop floor management for 2 years Through my experience with various leading organizations I have acquired proven high level communication skills staying abreast of changes making accurate evidence based decisions and great attention to detail along with critical thinking and analytical skills. I have demonstrated solid relationship management/interpersonal skills with organizational and administrative ability throughout my career in senior management roles. I have been given P&L responsibility of all business units with large busy and fast paced organizations and have made valuable contributions through cost saving initiatives in operations and also identified many areas to bring about operational effectiveness and efficiencies thus adding value to the top and bottom line. In the current scenario the manager has to be geared up to absorb shocks of announcement of drastic Government policies and adverse economic swings.
