About Morten Deding

Enabling energy savings, utilization of waste heat and renewables, is my passion. It has been at the core of my entire career for all sorts of utility systems, and focus on sustainable solutions have always been embedded into every project where I have been a part. I am director for driving business growth and new product introductions of heat pumps into segments of industrial refrigeration, energy sector & district heating in Europe For every customer and every project, I take an offset in the customer’s value creation, and tailor heat pump/refrigeration solutions to the individual needs. All solutions are matched up against the customer’s business model to ensure JCI delivers a full life cycle solution that provides the best net present value. From over 20 years working in Industrial refrigeration, holding positions as Consultant, Project manager and Product manager, I have gathered vast experience and segment insight. I now use this experience to influence the adaption of heat pumps, supporting electrification and de-carbonization of the heating sector.
