About Morten Irming

With an MSc in International Business and nearly a decade of experience, I’ve built a career across key industries such as: E-mobility and transport (producing 1st generation electric vehicles), safety equipment, and industrial packaging. Fluent in English, Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish, I have worked in both start-ups and multinational corporations, specializing in the production of technically advanced products and solutions within both B2B and B2C markets. My strategic focus is on international growth, and I’ve marketed solutions across various sectors such as postal, packaging, food delivery, HORECA, government, construction, energy, and more. With a strong foundation in long and complex sales processes, my roles have included Account Manager, Market Manager, Sales Manager, Team Leader, and Business Unit Manager. I’ve led efforts in national and international markets across Denmark, the Nordics, Europe, North America, and Mexico. Core responsibilities have involved market planning, commercial structuring, large account management, pricing, quotations, tenders, testing, negotiations, recruitment and more. I also managed a D-level team consisting of service technicians and international sales teams. I am frequently engaged in cross-organizational work due to my analytical skills, objective approach, and visionary mindset. Currently, I am incorporating self-learning AI technology to enhance my work, driven by my passion for acquiring new skills and adopting these to my work. For me, sales and commercial excellence is the core engine of every business, and I am committed to leveraging this to drive international success.
