Background

About Morten Rorvik

As a Foreign Service Officer at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), I am proud to be a part of a great team advancing Norway's interests and values abroad. I have been fortunate enough to have had careers in the Air Force and the Civil Service, as well as been a co-founder of a now multinational company within E-mobility and charging, Wattif EV AS. With over 20 years of experience in management, I have developed strong skills in building, managing, and motivating multinational teams, both in the corporate and government sectors. I have advised top corporate management and senior government officials on strategic and operational issues, and have successfully handled complex and sensitive situations. I have also gained extensive international experience from working and living in different countries and regions, such as Albania, the Baltic countries, Italy, Nepal, Philippines, and Turkey. I am passionate about fostering collaboration, learning, and development across cultures and sectors.
