12 years of extensive working experience from early design stage through construction phase. • Professional experience includes: residential, commercial, educational, industrial and office buildings. • Excellent technical design skills with solid experience in developing contract documents including tender and construction drawings, detailing and contract administration (reviewing shop drawings, issuing site instructions, change orders). • Familiar with BC Building Code 2012. • Familiar with local wood frame construction methods. • Computer skills: Revit and AutoCAD(2D drawing and 3D modeling),Photoshop, Google SketchUp, Rhino, InDesign, MS Office • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage high work load. • Good skills in sketching and drawing to communicate ideas and concepts. • Strong Interest in sustainable design. • Participation in design competitions. • Part-time Instructor at University of Tehran.
