About Moses Beckley

Ever since I started to grow conscious of the world around me, my life's thoughts have been in the direction of Software Development. I would say my dream began as an 8 year old when I decided I was going to build a robot to help my parents with the domestic work around the house, after I must have left my parents as an adult. I never completely understood how robots work but I understood they had to be built. Hence I leaned towards the hardware aspect. This facilitated my enrollment with an Information Technology Institute (NIIT), where I learned Comptia A+- how to trouble shoot computer systems, replace faulty P.C parts, configure networks, and install softwares(windows, Linux, etc) to get them running. It was in the course of this professional training I realized hardwares, as beautiful and sophisticated as they may seem, robots inclusive, they needed something to run. There and then, I had my light bulb moment, and I figured what I needed for my future robots to run was Software - the instructions needed to move the hardware parts. I have taken a detour to wholly pursue a career in cloud computing as I find it constantly fascinating and buried with potentials to change the 'traditional' way of on-premise IT solutions. It is my utmost desire to become a renowned solution provider who uses cloud computing technologies as a tool, to create solutions or simplify pre-existing solutions to practical problems, all in order to make the lives of millions around the world much easier than they have known it to be. By the way, when I'm not coding or learning anything related to software development, I'm playing the bass guitar or a game of chess or watching something that makes me smile
