About Moses Jones

I pride myself on my strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. I’ve never shied away from working long hours to get the job done. I developed discipline, attention to detail, efficient habits and organizational skills as an Operations Specialist for the US Navy. I volunteered for service after high school because I wanted to see the world and make a positive impact. After sailing international seas, I started a business as a truck-driver owner/operator. For nearly a decade, I’ve traveled to all 48 states in the continental US. I developed a passion for IT after conducting extensive personal research and taking several online courses. This led me to pursue my education and career in network technology. I am currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University earning my bachelor’s in Business Administration in Information Security and Assurance. As a CCNA, I’ve honed my ability to execute tasks with quality and efficiency. My work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new skills fast, coupled with my integrity has ensured my success in the past, and I’m sure these non-cognitive variables will allow me to add value to organizations and individuals in the future. At this point in my career, I’m pursuing opportunities to advance my career with an organization that aligns with my professional values and career goals. Eventually, I would like to help organizations develop and manage IT strategy and services to optimize operational efficiency as a security technology consultant. I have a lot to offer, but I also have a lot to learn.
