I am a Process engineering professional backed by an overall 15+ years of experience (both Design & Operations) in Oil and gas, Petrochemical, Fertiliser & Explosives Industries. Adept thinker with colossal experience gained from various project stages such as Concept, Basis for Design, Front End Engineering, Detailed Design, EPCC and extensive brown field modifications projects. The operational experience includes DCS and field operations of Ammonia/ Petrochemical, Complex Fertilizers, Produced and wastewater treatment Plants I am an effective communicator and rapidly adapt to Client's standards, specifications and cultural traits. I am also an excellent team player and productive in planning as well as scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the project targets within given time frame. I undertake any project/ work scope assigned with full reverence to details, technical acumen capabilities and deliver cost-effective, robust, inherently safe and pragmatic solutions that invariably propel ideas to successful completion of the projects. Specialties: Process Engineering - Hydraulic Simulations using Process softwares & other tools, Sizing of process equipment such as pumps, control valves, Relief valves, different type of separators, etc, Various Process Technical reports and Philosophies, Blowdown simulations, Designing of Flare and Vent systems, Adequacy check of equipment, Preparation of Process data sheets, Package items/ equipment, Co-ordination with various functional departments and Vendors for timely completion of Projects. Conversant in Process Softwares: Aspen HYSYS, Flarenet, TL net and TG net, Shell FRED, Pipesim, HTFS for heat exchanger design, Microsoft office package, and other in-house softwares.
