Take active part in commissioning and start-up of new Central Processing Facility • Supervise daily operations at CPF • Supervise all staff within the area of responsibility in order to achieve operational objectives in a safe, reliable, and cost effective manner • Improve existing reporting system and develop new system/reports if required • Recommend facility upgrades / modifications to improve plant efficiency • Troubleshoot facility upsets and take required actions to maximize plant efficiency • Carry out required study to optimize plant operating parameters • Play an active role in Integrity/Corrosion Management within the area of responsibility • Generate operational procedures and carry out documentation works when required • Follow and determine plant maintenance requirements • Ensure all instruments including fiscal meters and safety equipment are calibrated and certified • Conduct periodic TBT, safety meetings and drills • Ensure process area is hazard free and operations carried out in accordance with good safety practices • Ability to build good relationships with colleagues and eager to conduct team work • Any other duties defined and instructed by Production Superintendent
