So far, the business has expanded from managing 6 facilities to 23! I also implemented cutting-edge software to replace the manual outdated system and restructured workflow procedures for optimal efficiency. Within my first year on the job, the company saved 150K, and purchasing expenses were halved.I acquired the unique skillset necessary for effective management through my position as Executive Manager for Fine Fixtures.
