Moshe Sukenik joined Newmark in 1989 and is currently the Vice Chairman of the firm. He provides strategic planning, portfolio analysis and acquisition services to clients in the New York region and globally through Newmark’s international network of offices. He is one of only two professionals to have won the Real Estate Board of New York’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award for three separate transactions: one for leasing, one for sales, and one for retail stores. Mr. Sukenik has gained a reputation as the leading major law firm representative in New York City. In fact, Mr. Sukenik received the REBNY award for the most Ingenious Deal of the Year for his representation of Ropes & Gray, the only law firm lease to win this award. He has headed the New York Law Journal panel on leasing trends, has been admitted to the New York State Bar and is a licensed broker in the State of New York.
