I am a highly accomplished and results-oriented E2E Voice Core Technical Expert with over eight years of progressive experience in the telecommunications industry. My expertise lies in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex voice core networks, including CS, IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi, for leading operators like Vodafone Oman. ​I have a proven track record of diagnosing critical network issues, driving software deployments, and managing configurations. I am skilled in leading solution design and integration projects across both Ericsson and Huawei environments. A key focus of my work involves VNF design and deployment of Ericsson vIMS and ensuring successful VoLTE solution design, integration, and acceptance. I am also proficient in multi-vendor IMS nodes, Linux, and have studied and certified in Kubernetes to work with Cloud-native IMS. ​Throughout my career, I've collaborated with cross-functional teams to perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure seamless communication services and network reliability. I have led and supported a variety of projects, from new VoLTE network designs for Thuraya UAE and Zain Jordan to VIMS/VoLTE software upgrades for Vodafone Egypt. My professional experience includes roles as an E2E Voice Core Technical Authority Expert at Ericsson and a VoLTE & IMS Expert at Vodafone Europe.
