About Mostafa Hegazy

Mr. Mostafa Hegazy was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1996. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sharia and Law from Al-Azhar University in 2019. He is a member of the Bar Association since November 2019 and works as a free lawyer. He is a graduate of Nasser Military Academy, Higher Military Studies, and the National Defense College in 2018. He became a member of the Arab Lawyers Union in 2021. In 2020, he obtained a Deploma in international trade from Ain Shams University. Mr. Hegazy has completed several legal courses approved by both Al-Azhar University and Ain Shams University, covering topics in both Arabic and English. His preferred field of work is the translation and drafting of civil and commercial legal contracts. He also specializes in international trade contracts and works as a lawyer in the cases department, particularly handling civil cases of all kinds and commercial cases of all kinds. As a Dispute Resolution Associate and contract specialist in the Corporation Departments, Mr. Hegazy is known for his persistence, smart work, and excellent analytical skills. He focuses primarily on international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. His expertise often involves projects in Egypt, Africa, and the MENA region. Alongside his involvement in commercial disputes, he provides advice on risk and project management issues throughout the course of projects. Mr. Hegazy has experience in drafting and translating various contracts for large-scale projects in the fields of Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Contracting, Real Estate, and Media. He has also reviewed many FIDIC contracts. Additionally, he has been involved in the incorporation of numerous commercial entities and companies. He is highly effective in negotiating stockholding, mergers and acquisitions (M & As) deals, conducting due diligence, overseeing Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), managing share public offerings, and handling all proceedings before M.C.D.R, GAFI, and IDA.
