About Mostafa Kamar

As the Head of Marketing at Ghalioungui Trading, one of the leading medical distributor and manufacturer in Egypt, I am responsible for developing and implementing product marketing objectives and strategies for nine different specialties, including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and bariatric surgery. With an MBA in Global Marketing from Paris ESLSCA Business School and 13+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have a strong background in market research, product planning, product launches, marketing campaigns, product management, and market development. In my current role, I manage brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty through upstream marketing, as well as sales forecast and budget allocation. I also maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as HCP key opinion leaders, suppliers, and customers, by conducting KOL mapping and engagement plans, identifying and satisfying their unmet needs, and communicating clinical data for sales teams. Additionally, I lead and coordinate a team of marketing and application specialists, ensuring their professional development and performance evaluation. My mission is to support the growth and profitability of Ghalioungui Trading and its partners, while delivering value and quality to the healthcare sector.
