Though I began my academic journey in law, my deep interest in technology led me to shift paths and build a career in IT—where I’ve successfully combined technical expertise with exceptional communication skills. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows environments, network troubleshooting, hardware/software installations, and remote support tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. I also have a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IT security best practices. Known for my adaptability and commitment to continuous learning, I’m currently expanding my knowledge in cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure, aiming to pursue certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
