Review all design drawings for Mechanical systems serving buildings such as (firefighting, plumbing, HVAC and infrastructure). Prepare all mechanical calculations such as (firefighting pump, Booster pump, Submersible pump, static calculation for AHU and fans, foam system, fm200 and co2 system) according to NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA and Egyptian code with engineering software such as elite and ASHRAE duct fitting. Review all bill of quantities and specifications for Mechanical systems and prepare all comments and RFI for discussion with the project consultant. Prepare all shop drawing for this mechanical trades and approval from the project consultant.•Technical engineer consultant office for the specified work:(firefighting, water lifting station, sewage treatment station, medical gases station, elevators & escalators, kitchen, laundry,boiler, and swimming pool mechanical design).• Review and comment all plant design drawing, calculations, reports, documents and specification.• Preparing Technical reports for purchasing Materials.• Evaluate supplier technical offers till selecting supplier and issuing order.• Preparation and maintaining of Budget estimates.• Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.• Cost estimate for any change order during project presses.• Approving technical and material submittals.• Study and Approving Variation orders cost and impact.• Attending design team meetings.• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation order in order to ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed.
