Leading multi-disciplinary development teams and projects, from scratch to production/delivery, and maintenance.Along with my role leading R&D, I also filled the roles of CTO, PM (Program Manager), and R&D Manager, which involved writing requirements, defining the architecture, integrating innovative technologies, leading the HW-SW bring-up and integration, as well as managing and mentoring the development teams, and managing the release plans and work plans.Strong SW design, SW architecture, and management skills.Experience with all aspects of development from low-level Hardware integration, drivers, libraries (DLL & so), services, user-space applications, web applications, and web services, using many programming languages like C, C++, Java (Android), Javascript, HTML, CSS, Makefiles, and Linux scripts).Managing outsourcing projects and subcontractors.Extensive experience with SDK design and definition (on the application layer, and in web interfaces, such as web services, and REST APIs).Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, Multicast, IGMP, SNMP, SSDP, ARP, etc.) and extensive network analysis experience.Experience with DB (Database) systems such as SQL, designing and defining relational databases.BSc in Computer Science, and MBA.A can-do attitude, self-starter, self-learner, creative, and mission-oriented.
