Dr. Moustafa is a highly experienced educator with over 25 years of expertise in both domestic and international education. He has played a significant role in establishing and maintaining high standards and effective education strategies in schools and universities across Egypt, UK and internationally. He is known for his dedication, adaptability, resourcefulness, and motivation, which enable him to work efficiently both independently and as part of a global team. His primary focus is to ensure all learners surpass their potential and cultivate a culture of quality assurance in educational institutions. With exceptional interpersonal skills, Dr. Moustafa effortlessly builds strong professional relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. His qualifications include a Ph.D. in linguistic education, an MA in Equality and diversity, another MA in language and literature, a university degree in Arabic language combined with Islamic Education and oriental studies. Additionally, he is a fully qualified EFQM assessor, Ofsted education quality inspector, ECD-Australia QA personal, NEASC international evaluator, BSME accreditor, BSO assessor, HPL qualified trainer, TAFL consultant, and an international assessment and qualification advisor for AQA, Cambridge, Pearson, Edexcel international examination board. Dr. Moustafa has also served as a lecturer at esteemed institutions and world class universities such as Cambridge, London, SOAS, Manchester, and Alexandria. He is now working as a senior educational inspector and quality assurance evaluator at Dubai School Inspection Bureau (DSIB) where “raising standards improving lives”, Dubai Knowledge (KHDA), Dubai, UAE. At both, personal and professional levels, Dr. Moustafa actively seeks opportunities to fulfil his vision of making the world a better place through education, He strives to make a positive impact and add value to the experiences of stakeholders, particularly learners at all levels. Dr. Moustafa is always eager to share his knowledge, skills, and "knowing How" experience, continuously pursuing personal and team excellence through a high learning approach.
