I am a self-motivated young lady, with over 9 years of experience in customer service. My long-term experience in customer service has taught me how to meet and exceed sales and service expectations in the workplace. I've come to realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. I am an engaging and detail-oriented person that works well under pressure with superb communication and interpersonal skills. I am a person that goes the extra mile in every environment I find myself and letting my work and presence speak volumes. Whilst I’ve enjoyed and learned so much in customer service, I am now ready to seep into a new career pathway. I want to be broadly challenged in a new environment preferably in Digital Marketing. I derive a certain level of comfort in knowing that my colleagues and employers see me as a team player, a solution finder; a relationship builder; a driven and resourceful person with a positive approach in a working environment. Having worked in various multi-culturally vast organisations, building and maintaining relationships with clients and my co-workers is key to me. I am well-experienced and able to attract new clients, negotiate agreements, as well as give presentations to prospective customers when need be. I am obsessed with reading and writing therefore, I would also like an opportunity to enhance my writing skills more. Outside work, I blog mainly about my past experiences. I am always looking for ways to be innovative. Some of the key fundamentals I look for in a professional space are authenticity and a genuinely creative approach to managing expectations effectively and efficiently.
