About Mpho Radebe

In my work experience, I have been privileged enough to be exposed to the interactions that take place in a marketing and communications organization. I have also been given the chance to become familiar with processes that answer a problem and exploit opportunities presented in the clients’ brief. I have been opportune to identify an accounts’ needs in an ever-changing business landscape. Hence, attempting to pre-empt the accounts' requirements through understanding the brand’s position in the consumer’s lives by means of acquiring information of the customers demand, market and product trends through the world, local events, industry news and economic patterns. I can successfully understand client briefs and write agency briefs that deliver unto the client's request, liaising timing of jobs in conjunction with operations, planning and coordinating work between the media and creative teams. Therefore, I have excellent verbal and written skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle tasks with very little supervision from authority. I am a hard worker who has a positive and good working ethic. Hence, I was awarded top achieving advertising student in 2016 at my previous college institution – Boston Media House.
